1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your parcel’s delivery status.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within Pakistan.

6. Damages or Missing Items

Treadstil is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We will help you resolve the issue with the courier company.
